Click on the following link to get a pre-registration form. When we receive this form, it holds a spot for your child. Complete registration will be August 1 & 2 at the school.
The current tuition at Heritage is available here on our tuition and fee schedule. The School Board recently announced a special discount for new students to the school. For the first academic year the family is at Heritage, all the students in the family will receive a 50% discount for the first 2 quarters in attendance and a 25% discount for the third quarter in attendance. School Supply Lists
There are no school supply lists for K-6th grade. The teachers are purchasing all of the supplies that the students need. There will be a nominal fee for these supplies at registration. However, students will each need an NIV Bible to use in class. These will not be furnished by the school so that the students can take their own notes, etc. in their Bibles.
Heritage partners with Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) to assess a family's financial need. Based on the evaluation received from FAST, assistance is given to families identified as needing assistance. If you are interested in receiving financial assistance with tuition, please click on the FAST logo to the right to begin the application process. This process is confidential. No one at the school looks at financial information for the families who apply. FAST sends a report with their recommendation for what percentage a family should receive of their tuition. School Forms
These are the required school forms. To save time, you may fill them out and bring them to the school for registration. The state also requires the Competent Private Instruction (CPI) form, and that is only available at the school when you register.
Students entering preschool or pre-kindergarten need to have a current physical (within the last 12 months). Here is the form to be used for these physicals.
First time Heritage students (preschool - 12th grade) must bring a copy of the student's current immunization record. Here is a blank copy the immunization record if your doctor does not have one. If a family requests exemption from immunizations, they need to fill out this exemption form.
If you student needs a sports physical, here is the form that should be used.
